WHERE CONNECT 3 COACHING WERE
Like a lot of one-woman-led businesses, Tess had grown Connect 3 Coaching on grit rather than a marketing system, and that gap had become a genuine source of stress. The brief when we started was simple: ease the pressure, get more visibility, and free up her time to actually coach.
It didn’t stay simple for long. Once we were properly into the business, the real opportunity turned out to be bigger than marketing.
WHAT WE DISCOVERED
With a solid client base already in place, Connect 3 Coaching was ready to build income and impact beyond 1:1 sessions. Together we mapped out an online learning and coaching hub, something that could support clients between sessions and scale without needing more of Tess’s hours.
The ideas had been sitting on her “one day” list for a while. The plan turned them into something buildable.
HOW WE SUPPORTED
What started as a marketing retainer grew into a full platform build. Here’s what that covered:

- A full online course platform, giving Tess a way to scale her knowledge beyond 1:1 sessions
- A private online community for course members, built to give them a home outside social media
- Brand-aligned copy and visual design, so the new platform felt like the same warmth Tess brings to a coaching session
- Tech setup that made enrolling new clients simple rather than a hurdle
- Full training, so Tess can run and update the platform herself with confidence
THE OUTCOME
The course build alone generated £18,000 from an initial £1,800 investment. Connect 3 Coaching now grows through consistent marketing activity and a course and community platform that brings in income without Tess trading more hours for it.
